Entanglement Universality of TGX States in Qubit-Qutrit Systems

This paper proves that for every general state in a 2x3 system, there is a compact TGX state of the same spectrum and entanglement, and gives an explicit family of such states. It also presents an explicit I-concurrence formula for minimal TGX states (mixed or pure), and other state families.
